What are your reasons for joining the contest?
I wish to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I believe acting is an holistic endeavor. I want to learn the skill and experience the freedom of acting unconditionally without inhibitions, under the guidance of the masters. My goal is to evolve and learn as much as possible. |

Why do you like films and/or filmmaking?
Films touch lives, open minds and inspire. They explore the human condition and bring us closer to self-realization. It's a marriage of painting, music, stage plays and technology. All these aspects, talents and manpower orchestrated into one vision is an amazing feat. Experiencing this first hand would be truly life changing. |

What is the impact of filmmaking/films in your life?
Films have shaped and still shape my character to this day. All my heroes came from films; superman, Luke skywalker, and Indiana Jones. As I grew up, so did my heroes. Films give me insights into manhood and inspire me to better myself. They contain bits and pieces of the archetypal male which one day, I wish to become. |

How can you relate your job in filmmaking?
I have been a musical director for three years now. I've scored two full length movies and many commercials. I have been involved in plays since grade school and have appeared in both local commercials and films. I also had a role in a TV series and I am exposed to production people on a daily basis. |

Why do you believe that you will be the winner of the program?
Although I have appeared in commercials, tv shows and films, I have never had professional acting lessons. I believe this makes me a clear canvas or a clean slate so to speak. This aspect of teachability coupled by my history makes me an interesting subject for acting. I am truly a student of the art and only time can tell what I can accomplish.
